Packing - Finistra JSC

The gland packings trade mark FINISEAL® are manufactured from high functional yarns on the base of PTFE, aramide, novoloid, expanded graphite, carbon, glass, etc. Depending from their technical parameters they are applicated fro dynamic or static sealing in the temperature range of -200°С to 1200°С and pressure up to 600 bar.

FINISEAL ® 8080	Packing from expanded graphite yarn with glass fiber and inhibitors. The best choice for working at high temperature 500°С and high peripheral speed.
FINISEAL ® 8010	Packing made from expanded graphite yarn with inhibitors and corner reinforced with carbon yarn. It is recommended for use at high temperature, high speed and where it is necessary the packing to be non-extrusion.
FINISEAL ® 8101	Packing from carbon yarns for working at temperature 350-400°С and high speed.
FINISEAL ® 8111	Packing from carbonized yarns for work at temperature 300-350°С.

Packings made from expanded graphite for armature

FINISEAL ® 8089	Packing made from expanded graphite, reinforced with inconel wire and added inhibitors for protection of armature.
FINISEAL ® 8099	Packing from expanded graphite, braided outside with inconel and inhibitors. It is recommended for use at extreme working conditions.
FINISEAL ® 8099 H	Packing from expanded graphite yarn, braided outside with inconel and specially treated with modern technology. We add some inhibitors. It is mainly used at extremal working conditions and the main property is very low ignition loss at 550°С up to 1 %.

Packings from aramide yarns

FINISEAL ® 8205	Packing from aramide filament yarn. It is recommended for work at high abrasive media.
FINISEAL ® 8204	Packing from aramide staple fibers, impregnated a lot with PTFE dispersion. It is recommended for use in media, consist of many small abrasive particles.
FINISEAL ® 8207	Packing from aramide staple fibers, impregnated a lot with PTFE dispersion and graphite. It is recommended for media with a lot of small abrasive particles and high peripheral speed.

Packings from Novoloid yarns

FINISEAL ® 8305	Packing made from novoloid yarns. It is mainly used for work in media required high strength of the packing and high grade of purity and intoxicity.
FINISEAL ® 8307	Packing made from novoloid yarns, impregnated with graphite. It is recommended for use in media required high strength of the packing and in the same less abrasiveness than aramide. It can work at high peripheral speed.

Packing from PTFE yarns

FINISEAL ® 8400	Packing made from pure expanded PTFE yarns. It is used in almost all media and where it is necessary pureness of the material.
FINISEAL ® 8405	Packing braided from pure expanded graphite, impregnated with PTFE dispersion and lubricants. It is recommended for use in all media, where is necessary pureness and there is high peripheral speed.
FINISEAL ® 8401	Packing from expanded PTFE with graphite. It is suitable for work in different media at high peripheral speed. It is characterized with improve heat conductivity than other PTFE packings.
FINISEAL ® 8460	Packing, braided from pur expanded PTFE, corner reinforced with aramide yarn. It is recommended for application in different media with high requirements for pureness of the amterial and non-extrusion properties of the packing.
FINISEAL ® 8461	Packing, braided from expanded PTFE with graphite, corner reinforced with aramide yarn. It is recommended for use in different media with high peripheral speed, non-extrusion parameters of the packing, strength and improved heat conductivity.
FINISEAL ® 8470	Packing made of extruded PTFE. It is characterized with low heat conductivity and chemical resistance. This packing improves the friction factor, does not allow gas leakage; the packing absorbs the abrasive particles thus preventing any damages of the devices.

Packing from natural, synthetic and other yarns

FINISEAL ® 8544	Packing, made from acrylic yarn. It is suitable for work where is requirement for pureness of material but at lower working temperatures.
FINISEAL ® 8804	Packing, made from glass yarn, impregnated with PTFE dispersion. It is recommended for use at high temperatures and acquire high strength.
FINISEAL ® 8807	Packing, made form glass yarn, impregnated with PTFE dispersion and graphite. It is used for work at high temperatures, requirements for strength and higher peripheral speed.
FINISEAL ® 8654	Packing, made from ramie yarn. It has excellent sealing properties, ideal substitute of cotton packings in water supply systems.
FINISEAL ® 8624	Packing, made from cotton yarn, impregnated with PTFE. It is excellent clean product for low temperatures and pressures. It is recommended for water supply systems. Easy for installing.
